Instructor Darcy Rollins comes to us with a wealth of experience and for many years was a Zumba instructor. She is offering a class with a combination of dance and exercise. Prospective students would engage in activity that incorporates cardio, light exercise, dancing and most importantly having fun. Participants would move to both contemporary and Latin music. Students of all levels of activity are welcome, as movements can be modified. Participants can be as intense with their workout as they choose or simply enjoy the music and dancing. Each class will include a 3-5 minutes warm up and finish with a 3-5 minute cool down. Dress to be active and wear sneakers. There will not be any floor work. Think of it like a dance with an instructor. Class would be for 55-60 minutes.
Class starts Monday, January 27th at 6:00 PM.
Must have at least 5 people register to run the class.
